Denise & Luke Elder have become the proud parents of a baby Boy!
Logan Connor Elder was born on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 6:11pm.
He weighs 7lbs, 7ounces and is 20 inches long. Both Mommy & Baby are doing great!

Annual Chamber Membership Banquet
The Annual Chamber of Commerce Membership Banquet was held February 18, 2010 - 5:30 pm at the ACHS Auditorium with awards being presented for the 2010 Citizen of the Year, Small & Large Business of the Year and Farmer of the year. Other awards and recognitions were given to new businesses & others. The Chamber is appreciative of the businesses that sponsored this annual event.

Discount Carowinds Tickets
Discount 2010 Carowinds tickets are available at the Alexander County Chamber of Commerce for $35.00. These tickets are good for any one regular operating day of this season. Carowinds will be open from March 27, 2010 through October 31, 2010. Admission at the gate for the 2010 season is $49.99.
